Two thousand and two marked the beginning of a renewed linkage with Montana State University. Once nationally recognized for pioneering but politically unpopular work in environmental economics and policy, MSU is now a center for biotechnology. Some of the best work on biofilms, thermal biology, and plant genetics is done here. MSU cosponsors our seminar series for judges and law professors, and we utilize MSU faculty whenever appropriate. We are pleased with this mutually beneficial relationship.
